As co-host of Silicon Valley Impact, Brian’s roots in video production, theater and performing arts really shine. Before becoming a top producing Real Estate Broker in Silicon Valley, Brian attended the prestigious Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theater in New York City, where he studied with Sanford Meisner of The Group Theater and did work at The Actor’s Studio. Brian also studied Broadcasting, Theater Arts, and Playwriting at San Francisco State University in California.

While earning his degree, Brian owned a small nightclub called Nickies BBQ at Haight and Fillmore where 7 nights a week you could go get your groove on and dance to the best live DJ’s The City had to offer spinning rare tracks which, in those days, you could only hear live in a club like Nikkies.

As a real estate broker, Brian found much of his success making videos for social media and YouTube. In fact, Brian was making real estate video content before most other people even knew it was possible. Brian still makes some of the best content.

On Silicon Valley Impact, Brian Bernasconi is often referred to as “The Other Brian” to distinguish him from his co-host, Brian Sparkes. The two Brians connected at Brian Bernasconi’s podcast studio in Los Gatos, California, where he produces his own show, PodCatsLG, along with other local, community minded projects.

As a successful real estate broker, Brian works with countless talented and accomplished people who help run Silicon Valley. But working with Silicon Valley Impact has shown him a whole new side of what Silicon Valley has to offer.
